NOVEMBER 5, 1979 153 <br /> Shubat and Prazich - Rezoning Continued <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Vail, to deny the application of <br /> Charles Shubat and George Prazich to rezone property located at <br /> 16155 Forest Boulevard North, from Agriculture and Industrial. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.6 Vern Peloquin - Subdivision <br /> Kuusisto has reveived the drainage plan for Peloquin's subdivision in the Industrial <br /> Park and will be incorporated on the final plan. Kuusisto stated that a drainage <br /> easement (15' ) would be needed on Geneva Avenue. Peloquin agreed to provide this <br /> easement. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to approve the Preliminary <br /> Plan for the Peloquin Industrial Park Subdivision subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1 . Quit claims deeds that will be required to bring legal descriptions <br /> into agreement with actual construction be exectued. <br /> 2. Provide Development Contract for the undeveloped portion of the <br /> property be specified and executed. <br /> Approval to be granted to Peloquin et al. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld and Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.7 Wayne Scanlon - Temporary Mobile Home Permit <br /> Mr. Scanlon is purchasing 47 acres on a Contract for Deed, and anticipates construction <br /> of his house in 1981 . Mr. Scanlon would be required to produce a perc test for <br /> his homesite and proof of ownership before the Council could take any action on <br /> his application. <br /> 6.0 REPORTS OF OFFICERS AND COMMITTEES <br /> 6.1 Ordinance Committee <br /> The Ordinance Committee will be meeting on November 8, 1979, to further discuss the <br /> proposed Nudity Ordinance. Attorney Johnson will also advise the Committee regard- <br /> ing watchman's quarters in the Industrial zone. LaValle suggested that the <br /> Planning Commission consider mixed uses in a zone while reviewing the city's <br /> Comprehensive Plan. Spitzer felt that the Committee should limit the quarters to <br /> a mobile home. <br /> 6.2 Planning Commission <br /> The Planning Commission will be holding a Apecial Meeting on November 28, 1979, at <br /> 7:00 P.M. , to try to resolve the discrepancies regarding the applications for pole <br /> barns within the city. Attorney Johnson will be in attendance at this meeting. <br />
