175 <br /> MINUTES OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL <br /> Meeting of December 17, 1979 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Mayor LaValle at 7:04 PM. <br /> PRESENT: LaValle, Spitzer and Schletty <br /> ABSENT: Irsfeld and Vail <br /> 3.0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> MOTION: Schletty made motion, seconded by Spitzer, to approve the minutes of <br /> December 3, 1979 as submitted. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the General <br /> Claims for December 17, 1979 as submitted. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the Utility <br /> Claims for December 17, 1979 as submitted. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.0 PETITIONS, REQUESTS, COMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES <br /> 5.1 Ron Johnson - Discussion on division of land (Cty 57 & 4) <br /> Mr. Johnson is interested in dividing a 60 acre parcel of land into three 20 acre <br /> parcels. One parcel would have access from County Road 4, and Mr. Johnson was <br /> questioning if a private easement could be used for access to the back two parcels. <br /> There is an easement along the property line, and was maintained at one time. <br /> Attorney Johnson stated that because of the size of the parcels, and the fact that <br /> there is a right-of-way there now, Ron Johnson could probably get by with a private <br /> easement. Spitzer informed Mr. Johnson that when he goes further with the application, <br /> that he get appropriate temporary reservations for a cul-de-sac. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, that we part from the <br /> agenda and take up the matter of the Bridge Contract. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
