Mr. Johnson was instructed <br /> to send a letter to Mr. Dick Harold, Washington County, regarding the <br /> easements for the Bridge Replacement Program. <br /> Attdildy Johnson reviewed a deed submitted by Mr. Gerald Dabe regarding <br /> his proposed roadway. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Schletty, to direct the <br /> City Clerk not to sign the deed submitted by Mr. Gerald <br /> Dabe' s attorney. The following requirements should be met: <br /> 1 . Need an up-to-date title ownership report. <br /> 2. Need a statement stating that by approving, the City of <br /> Hugo does not waive the right to levy special assessments, <br /> and <br /> 3. The deed should state that it is not a buildable site. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Nudity Ordinance - The Ordinance Committee is to be notified to consider <br /> an amendment to the liquor license ordinance to bring the definition of <br /> premises into agreement with the definition in the contemplated Nudity <br /> Ordinance. <br />
