Page 4 JANUARY 7, 1980 The City Council will review the Planning Contract as submitted by Carl Dale and will discuss at their meeting of 1/21/80. Mayor LaValle stated that he would be the complaining party for the legal action to be taken to accomplish the sanitary sewer hookups in the city. Johnson is to be provided with the legal descriptions for the appropriate properties and with a copy from PCA regarding this matter. 6.8 Engineer - No discussion 6.9 Clerk The city has received a letter from Mr. Stanek regarding his guest to have a road, provided to his property. Attorney Johnson will respond to his letter. The City has received a request form Grace Development requesting a reduction in their letter of credit to cover the parking lot in the Bald Eagle Industrial Park from $2,000.00 to $500.00. Engineer Kuusisto recommended that their request be approved. MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to reduce Grace Development's Letter of Credit to cover the parking lot in the Bald Eagle Industrial Park from $2,000.00 to $500.00. Letter of Credit to expire June 5, 1980. VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld MOTION CARRIED MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to approve the claim of $9,612.65, payable to McLean Construction Company, for the Watermain Improvement Project 79-06.
