P.M. <br /> PRESENT: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld <br /> ABSENT: Vail <br /> 3.0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the minutes <br /> of January 21, 1980, after the following change has been made: <br /> Page 1 (3.0) - Irsfeld made motion <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the General <br /> Claims for February 4, 1980, after the addition of the following <br /> claim for the Fire Department; <br /> Detroit Lakes Area Vocational Institute - $48.00 <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to approve the Utility <br /> Claims for February 4, 1980, as submitted. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.0 PETITIONS, REQUESTS, COMMUNICATIONS AND LICENSES <br /> 5. 1 Robert Lockyear - Washington County Planning Coordinator <br /> The City Council had requested that Mr. Lockyear appear at their meeting to discuss <br /> the proposed contract between the city and Washington County. After indicating some <br /> points of question in the contract, it was determined that the City Attorney and <br /> Mr. Lockyear should set up a meeting, with Carl Dale, to change the language of the <br /> contract so that it would meet the needs of the city and Washington Couflty. <br /> 5.2 James Leroux - Renewal of Mobile Home Permit <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to renew the Mobile Home <br /> Permit for James Leroux, 4360 165th Street North, under Chapter 40, <br /> Article III, Subdivision D, for a period of ninety days. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
