The $10.00 fee had not been paid. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.5 Alex Zaluckyj - Variance <br /> Mr. Zaluckyj is proposing the division of 40 acres into two 20 acre parcels. The <br /> old homestead house meets the 300' setback requirement so a variance is not required. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the Land Div- <br /> ision of Alex Zaluckyj to allow the division of 40 acres into two 20 <br /> acre parcels. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> After further review of the file, it was determined that no Certificate of Survey <br /> has been provided. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to rescind the previous <br /> motion. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Zaluckyj was instructed to have the land surveyed to meet all the setback require- <br /> ments of the city, and at that time, come back to the city for Land Division approval. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that this application be <br /> held in abeyance until this matter is resolved. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaNalle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
