Mr. Eldridge was informed that Grace Development <br /> would have to make application for a Minor Subdivision and appear before the Planning <br /> Commission. A drainage plan and site plan would have to be provided. Spitzer <br /> stated that the right-of-way for Farnham Avenue should be a matter for subdivision. <br /> 5.7 Building Permits not paid for - Mary Lysne <br /> Ms. Lysne lives on 5 acres of land in the Agriculture zone. She constructed a pole <br /> barn and the Building Inspector determined that a $29.00 fee was in order. LaValle <br /> felt that because the Inspector set a fee on the permit she should pay <br /> MOTION: Schletty made motion, seconded by LaValle, to table this matter until <br /> the meeting of February 19, 1980. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.8 Report from Deane Vail of railroad acquisition <br /> Councilman Vail reported to the clerk that Burlington Northern had disbanded the <br /> project.
