Barn to be used for <br /> personal storage and not for commercial consideration. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.5 Steven Arhip - Site Plan Approval <br /> Mr. Arhip, 5261 165th Street, is requesting authorization to construct <br /> a 30 x 45 pole barn. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Vail, to grant Site <br /> Plan Approval to Steven Arhip, 5261 165th Street, to <br /> constuct a 30 x 45 pole barn either parallel or behind <br /> the primary building. If required, additional Driveway <br /> Permit to be obtained. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Vail <br /> NOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.7 Bruce Myhre - Complaint <br /> Mayor LaValle and Councilman Schletty checked into the operation, and <br /> LaValle stated that he would like more time to look further into the <br /> allegations. They will review the matter off and on for the next <br /> 60 days. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Vail, to table the <br /> Myhre complaint until June 16, 1980. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.6 Vern Peloquin - Release of Letter of Credit (Freeland Ave. ) <br /> Engineer Kuusisto will be making his annual road inspection within <br /> the next few weeks, and will consider the release after the inspection <br /> has been- made. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Spitzer, to table this <br /> matter until the meeting of May 5, 1980. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
