He stated that it was not his intent to <br /> have a bar. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Vail, to grant the <br /> following licenses to Darrell Tavenier, 4444 129th Street: <br /> On-Sale Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquor, Off-Sale Non-Intoxi- <br /> cating Malt Liquor, Cigarette and Soft Drink, in the <br /> amount of i;128.00. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5 .10 Alex Zaluckyj - Land Division and Variance <br /> Mr. Zaluckyj submitted a Certificate of Survey as previously requested <br /> for the division of 40A into two 20 acre lots. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by LaValle, to grant a <br /> Variance to Theodore Schtowchan to permit the division <br /> of parcels as described on the Certificate of Survey <br /> leaving parcel "B" with a road of frontage of approximately <br /> 200' . <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 6.0 ORDINANCES AND RESOLUTIONS <br /> No discussion <br /> 7.0 UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> No discussion <br />
