Mayor LaValle and Mike McAllister <br /> volunteered their services to remedy the problem. <br /> It has come to the attention of the city that Mr. Dill Poferl has <br /> been getting large deliveries of lumber to his residence and approx— <br /> imately five people have been hired to assemble the material. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to request <br /> that 1:Ir. Poferl appear at the next City Council <br /> Meeting, Nay 19, 1980, to discuss his activities at <br /> his residence. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer , Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that the <br /> City of Hugo undertake the upgrading of the accounting <br /> system in accordance with the recommendations of <br /> Anfinson, Hendrickson & Company for a cost not to <br /> exceed $1 ,000.00. No changes will be implemented <br /> without discussion with the City Council. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> VOTING AGAINST: Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Spitzer, to grant a <br /> Gambling License to the American Legion Post 620 for <br /> the license year ending December 31 , 1980, in the <br /> amount of $25.00 <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> NOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to adjourn <br /> at 9: 15 P.M. <br /> All aye.
