Mayor LaValle <br /> stated that he will contact Mr. Dean Atkinson regarding this bid. <br /> The City received a letter from the Hugo Lions Club requesting <br /> exclusive use of the City Park from June 3 - 10, 1980 in conjunction <br /> with Good Neighbor Days. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to give <br /> the Hugo Lions Club permission to use the City Park <br /> from June 3 - 10, 1980 in accordance with conditions <br /> outlined in their request. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to adopt <br /> RESOLUTION 1980-66, A RESOLUTION ADDING THE ITEM <br /> "WOODBURNING STOVES" TO THE MECHANICAL PERMIT APP- <br /> LICATION AND SETTING THE INSPECTION FEE AT $10.00. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by LaValle, to adopt <br /> RESOLUTION 1980-67, A RESOLUTION DETERMINING MILEAGE <br /> COSTS AT 18 PER MILE EFFECTIVE MAY 5, 1980. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> The City received a letter from Charles Weaver, Metro Council, <br /> regarding local review of the U.S. Census figures. The City Clerk <br /> was directed to contact Metro to see if they would give an estimated <br /> date as to when these figures would be available. The city has 10 <br /> days in which to make their response. <br />
