<br /> The meeting was called to order by Mayor LaValle at 7:00 PM.

<br /> 3.0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br /> MOTION: Vail made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the minutes of
<br /> June 2, 1980, after the following correction has been made:
<br /> Page 4 (Stedt) - MOTION: 32 x 63 pole building
<br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS
<br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by LaValle, to approve the General Claims
<br /> for June 16, 1980, with the addition of payment to Ron Gray (FD) in
<br /> the amount of $159.50.
<br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> MOTION: Vail made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to approve the Utility Claims
<br /> for June 16, 1980, as submitted.

<br /> 5.0 PETITIONS, REQUESTS, COMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES
<br /> 5.1 Norman Horton - Auto Dismantling License
<br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to renew the Auto Dismantling
<br /> License for Norman Horton, Jr. , subject to a Special Use Permit, with
<br /> the following amended conditions:
<br /> Item 2 - delete
<br /> Item 3 - delete
<br /> Item 10 to read: Performance bond amount should be altered from
<br /> $5,000.00 to $1 ,500.00.

<br /> 5.2 Bruce Myhre - Complaint
