JUNE 16, 1980 Page 68 <br /> 5.3 Benson Kennel - Expiration of Letter of Credit <br /> The Letter of Credit in the amount of $5,000.00 will expire on 6/28/80. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by LaValle, to change Item 2 of the <br /> Special Use Permit to have trees planted no later than the spring <br /> of 1981 . The Letter of Credit to be continued. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> VOTING AGAINST: Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.4 Grace Development - Letter of Credit (parking lot) <br /> The City Engineer recommended tha the Letter of Credit not be released at this time. <br /> Letter expires July 1 , 1980. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that the Letter of Credit <br /> from Grace Development, in regard to the parking lot in their industrial <br /> park, that in that matter, the City Clerk be instructed to either obtain <br /> a new Letter of Credit to expire no sooner than 9/1/80, or cause the <br /> Letter of Credit to be negotiated. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.5 Randall Irving - Petition for Temp Mobile Home Permit <br /> Mr. Irving will be constructing a home at 128th and Henna, and would like a Temporary <br /> Mobile Home Permit to use while their house is being completed. If Mr. Irving <br /> obtains a Building Permit, a Letter of Credit to insure construction of the residence <br /> will not be required. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Spitzer, that the Randall Irving matter <br /> be held over until the meeting of July 7, 1980. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.6 Stanley Lynn - Liquor License <br /> Mrs. Shirley Nelson Hill submitted a copy of her Contract for Deed with Mr. Lynn. She <br /> had stated that there were conditions attached with the sale of the property. A copy <br /> of the Purchase Agreement was not submitted. Mrs. Hill will require a Special Use <br /> Permit to establish a liquor establishment in her building. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Spitzer, that the City Clerk notify <br /> Mrs. Hill that she has 90 days to fulfill the requirements of the city <br /> to issue her a liquor license and in that period of time, her appli- <br /> cation will have a priority status. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
