A financial security to guarantee the performance of the conditions <br /> of the Special Use Permit is to be provided in the form of an <br /> irrevocable Letter of Credit, in the amount of $8,000.00. <br /> 7. All construction comtemplated by this Special Use. Permit shall be <br /> completed within 18 months after the acceptance of the permit. <br /> 8. This permit shall be void if not accepted within 30 days after <br /> approval of the City Council. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.5 Wilson Tool - Site Plan Approval <br /> Mr. Ken Wilson, owner of Wilson Tool, is proposing the construction of a 120 x 270 <br /> addition to his present building. A detailed Site Plan was submitted to the Council. <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by LaValle, to grant Site Plan Approval <br /> to Ken Wilson, Wilson Tool, for the construction of a 120 x 270 <br /> addition to his present building, subject to the condition that <br /> drainage requirements meet the satisfaction of the City Engineer. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.1 Bill Clark <br /> Kuusisto stated that he will be meeting with Mr. Clark in the future. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Spitzer, to table the Clark matter <br /> until the meeting of July 21 , 1980. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> LLOYD SATHRE <br /> Mr. Sathre has made application to construct a residence at the north end of Sunset <br /> Lake. The problem is whether the house is to be used as -a duplex. Attorney Johnson <br /> drew up an agreemnt that would indicate that Sathre is requesting a permit for a <br /> single family dwelling - just for their extended family use. The Building Permit <br /> will be issued for a single family residence and is not seeking a Special Use Permit <br /> for multi-family usage. No portion of the house will be rented or leased. This <br /> agreement will be recorded at Washington County and will be binding on any future <br /> owners. <br />
