<br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to approve the minutes of
<br /> September 2, 1980, as submitted.

<br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, to approve the minutes of the Special
<br /> Meeting of September 8, 1980, as submitted.

<br /> 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS
<br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, to approve the General Claims for

<br /> MOTION: Vail made motion, seconded by Spitzer, to approve the Utility Claims for

<br /> 5.0 PETITIONS, REQUESTS, COMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES
<br /> 5.1 Eugene Lacasse - Landfill
<br /> Mayor LaValle stated that the hole has been confetely filled, and the problem resolved.
<br /> 5.2 Neil Buschmann - Nuisance Complaint
<br /> Mr. Buschmann was requested to appear before the Council this date, but did not appear.
<br /> The reflectors have been removed from the solar energy collecting device, and one bus
<br /> and a car remain on the property.
<br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Vail, to file the letter from Mr. Buschmann
<br /> dated 9/4/80, and another inspection of the site will be necessary. Matter
<br /> to be placed on the agenda for 10/6/80.

<br /> 5.3 Thomas Larkey - Site Plan Approval and Variance
<br /> Mr. Larkey, 8665 132nd Street, is requesting approval to construct a 32 x 48 pole
<br /> barn to be used for personal storage. Mr. Larkey owns 10 acres in the Agricultural zone.
