VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail MOTION CARRIED 5.4 Richard Duckstad - Site Plan Approval MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Schletty, to grant Site Plan Approval to Richard Duckstad, 6800 177th street, for the construction of a 26 x 32 pole barn to be used for personal storage, as per Site Plan submitted. Existing driveway to be used for access to barn. No new driveway per- mitted from Greystone Avenue. VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail MOTION CARRIED 5.5 Harlow Grimes - Site Plan Approval and Variance, Mr. Grimes owns 10 acres in the Agricultural zone, and is requesting authorization to construct two pole barn (32 x 40 for horses and 32 x 48 for storage) . Both barns will be located closer to the front lot line than the principal building. Barns to be for per- sonal use only. VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail MOTION CARRIED 5.6 Carl Schuneman - Division of Land Mr. Schuneman appeared before the Council for direction regarding division of his property (subdivision or Land Division) . The existing cartway (1300' ) and the additional 1324' would be constructed to city standards and blacktopped. A 33' easement has been granted by Clifford Axelson so the cartway can be extended. Per- mits from Rice Creek Watershed have been applied for already, but no response to date. Mr. Schuneman stated that he would be willing to comply with all requirements set forth by the City Engineer regarding the proposed road and drainage. The sub- mittedsurvey indicates a 66' easement running from Goodview along to the south end of Parcel 1 . Mr. Schuneman was instructed to obtain a copy of that easement so the city could review. It was the concensus of the Council that Mr. Schuneman make application for Land Division and appear before the Planning Commission at their next meeting. Mr. Schuneman stated that he would be willing to have this matter go before a public hearing if necessary. The Council also determined that a Development Contract would be appropriate.
