Page 120 <br /> MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL <br /> November 3, 1980 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Mayor LaValle at 7:02 PM. <br /> PRESENT: LaValle, Spitzer, Irsfeld <br /> ABSENT: Schletty and Vail <br /> 3.0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Spitzer, to approve the minutes of <br /> October 20, 1980, after the following corrections have been made: <br /> Page 2 (ROBERT RICCI) - Motion should read: These permits are issued <br /> subject to the receipt of an acceptable Police Report. <br /> Page 4 (re NO PARKING SIGNS) - location to be determined by Deputy <br /> Sheriff Jeff K lar ich. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to approve the General <br /> Claims for November 3, 1980, as submitted. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Spitzer, to approve the Utility <br /> Claims for November 3, 1980, after the following addition has been <br /> made: Jim Wisner - $325.00. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.0 PETITIONS, REQUESTS, COMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES <br /> 5.1 James Leroux - I iew of Mobile Home Permit <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Spitzer, to grant a renewal of the <br /> Mobile Home Permit for James Leroux, 4360 165th Street, under <br /> Chapter 40, Article III, Subdivision D, for a period of 90 days. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Mr. Leroux to provide a letter stating that there has been no change in the <br /> conditions for his permit. To be submitted prior to the next renewal date. <br /> 5.2 Greg Stankey - Renewal of Mobile Home Permit <br /> MOTION: Spitzer made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to renew the Mobile Home <br /> Permit for Greg Stankey, 17385 Forest Blvd. , under Chapter 40, <br /> Article III, Subdivision B. for a period of 90 days. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Spitzer, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
