<br /> MOTION: Schletty made motion, seconded by Vail, to approve the minutes of January 5,
<br /> 1981 , as submitted.

<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, to approve the minutes of the
<br /> Special Meeting of January 12, 1981 , as submitted.

<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS
<br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by LaValle, to approve the General Claims
<br /> for January 19, 1981 , with the addition of $48.00 payable to Wally Johnson.

<br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, to approve the Utility Claims for

<br /> 5.0 PETITIONS, REQUESTS, COMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES
<br /> 5.1 Randall Irving - Renew of Mobile Home Permit
<br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Schletty, to renew the Mobile Home Permit
<br /> for Randall Irving, 12870 Henna Avenue North, under Chapter 40, Article III,
<br /> Subdivision D, for a period of 90 days.
<br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> 5.2 Fred Macalus - Site Plan Approval
<br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by McAllister, to grant Site Plan Approval
<br /> to Fred Macalus, for construciton of a 32 x 64 pole barn, to be used for
<br /> personal storage.
