More current data was <br /> submitted to Engineer Kuusisto regaridng the proposed septic system for the <br /> kennel operation, and met with his approval. Installation of the system is to <br /> commence shortly. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by McAllister, to table review of the <br /> Benson Kennel Special Use Permit until July 6, 1981 , after the business <br /> has been in operation for a period of time. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.4 Sunset Park Addition <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to table this matter until <br /> the meeting of February 2, 1981 . <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.5 Lake Sanitation <br /> As a result of establishing a weight limit of 5 ton on Everton, Ethan, and 120th <br /> Street, a hardship has been created for providing services to the residents in <br /> that area (oil, gas, trash collection, etc. ). <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to adopt RESOLUTION 1981-2, <br /> A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION 1981-1 . <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> VOTING AGAINST: Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Doctors Clinic - Site Plan Approval <br /> Dr. Knott and contractor, Greg Gautsch, were present, and submitted a more de- <br /> tailed Site Plan for the Hugo Medical Clinic to be located in the building located <br /> at 141st and Highway 61 . The plans were still incomplete, and Councilman Irsfeld <br /> stated that the city would like to see a completed plan, prior to construction <br /> being completed, showing exterior of the building, landscaping, and traffic flow. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the Site Plan for <br /> the Hugo Medical Center, subject to the City Council giving final <br /> approval to the exterior design of the building and copy of Title <br /> Insurance (proo-of-ownership) be provided. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
