MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL

<br /> The meeting was called to order by Mayor LaValle at 7:00 PM.
<br /> PRESENT: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld
<br /> ABSENT: Vail
<br /> Pertaining to the minutes of FEbruary 2, 1981 , Schletty stated that page 2,
<br /> paragraph 5.3, second to last line, to read as follows: "The city is not
<br /> interested in this type of service."
<br /> After the above noted correction, the following motion was made:
<br /> 3.0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by McAllister, to approve the minutes of
<br /> February 2, 1981 , as submitted.
<br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to approve the minutes of
<br /> February 9, 1981 , as submitted.
<br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS
<br /> Approval was asked for checks for Clerk's conference, and the following motion
<br /> was made:
<br /> MOITON: LaValle made motion, seconded by McAllister, to approve the registration
<br /> for the Clerk's conference from March 24 - 26, 1981 .
<br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> McAllister submitted a claim from A & B Construction for backhow work done to
<br /> resolve a flooding problem on Geneva, in the amount of $92.00.
<br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by McAllister, to approve the General
<br /> Claims for February 17, 1981 , with the addition of A & B Construction,
<br /> in the amount of $92.00, for a total of $4,165.71 .
<br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the Utility Claims
<br /> for February 17, 1981 , as submitted.
