Reus, President, and Edward R. Adams, aks GPR & ERA, INC. , appeared <br /> before the Council as the potential buyers of the Blacksmith Lounge, now owned <br /> by Eugene Peltier. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to grant the following licenses <br /> to GPR & ERA, INC. ,. for the premises of the Blacksmith Lounge, subject <br /> to the completion of the sale transaction by March 9, 1981 : OFF SALE <br /> INTOXICATING LIQUOR, ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR, ON SALE SUNDAY LIQUOR, <br /> CIGARETTE LICENSE, AND A SOFT DRINK LICENSE. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Mayor noted inconsistencies on application regarding the incorporation name and <br /> directed Clerk to have all applications uniform. <br /> 5.5 Larry Durand - Mobile Home in RB District <br /> Mr. Durand was not in the audience, and the following motion was made: <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Schletty, to have the clerk's office <br /> notify Mr. Durand that he does not have a valid permit for the mobile <br /> home on his property, and for him to appear at the March 2 Council meeting <br /> for a possible violation in the Mobile Home Ordinance, pertaining to the <br /> use of the trailer. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaVile, McAllister, Irsfeld, Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.3 PUBLIC HEARING (7:30 PM) - Amendment to Zoning Ordinance Accessory Bldgs. <br /> Mayor LaValle called the public hearing to order at 7:30 Pm. There were no comments <br /> from the audience. Public hearing was closed at 7:35 PM. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Schletty, to adopt ORDINANCE 174, AND <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" <br /> BY AMENDING USE DISTRICT PROVISIONS AND REGULATIONS RELATING TO <br /> ACCESSORY STORAGE BUILDINGS. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
