Johnson - Building Permit <br /> The' original Building Permit was never picked up because of failure to sign the <br /> Special Use Permit for Barbour and Benson. The permit lapsed, and no inspection <br /> was made; however, the inspector did have to review the plans. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by LaValle, to refund $322.50 to Joseph <br /> E. Johnson & Son, for duplicate Building Permit issued. to Jeffrey <br /> Barbour, less $25.00 for Building Inspector review. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> VOTING AGAINST: McAllister, Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.2 Larry Durand - Mobile Home <br /> The clerk was unable to determine the zoning classification of the Durand property. <br /> This matter will be discussed later, if and when Mr. Durand appears. <br /> 5.3 Richard Vail - Subdivision (Shamrock Glen) <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Schletty, to table this matter until <br /> the meeting of March 16, 1981 . <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.6 Hugo Lions Club - Gambling License <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Schletty, to grant a Gambling <br /> License to the Hugo Lions Club, with a waivering of the bond requirement <br /> for its duly elected gambling manager, John Kostuch, for the year 1981 . <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Councilman McAllister mentioned the hazards at the corner of 148th Street and <br /> Highway 61 . McAllister and Schletty will work together to determine where a <br /> new light could be located. <br /> 5.4 Michael Gervais - Septic System <br /> The city had received a verbal complaint regarding the discharging of sewage on <br /> the property of Michael Gervais. The Health Inspector has made a report and is on <br /> file at City Hall. Mr. Gervais was present, and stated that he had a sewer con- <br /> tractor inspect the system, but they informed him that he should contact the city <br /> to determine exactly what would be required. Mr. Gervais was informed that he <br /> would not require a permit to excavate to determine what the problem is. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Schletty, that Michael Gervais be <br /> directed to submit a signed contract statiang the nature of the repairs <br /> needed, and the date such repair will be completed, along with a tem- <br /> porary solution to the problem.
