March 16, 1981 <br /> 9.0 CLERK <br /> The city received a letter from Joseph Stanek regarding the construction of a road <br /> to his property. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Schletty, advising Mr. Stanek that the <br /> procedure for constructing roads in the City of Hugo is the same as five <br /> years ago. If Mr. Stanek wants a road to his property, he will be res- <br /> ponsible for costs incurred. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> A letter was received from M.J. Hennemann regarding Lot 28, Shadyside #4 owned by <br /> his/her mother, Mrs. Ebba Jansen. The land is landlocked, and they would like to <br /> construct a home on the property. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by McAllister, to sent a letter to M.M. <br /> Hennemann stating that a rather complex problem has been raised by the <br /> letter of 3/4/81 . The City Engineer and City Attorney will review this <br /> matter and the city well respond accordingly at a future date. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Vail made motion, seconded by Schletty, to extend meeting passed 11 :00 PM. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> The clerk stated that Marlowe Lindau, 5880 Egg Lake Road, wants to divide his 16 <br /> acres into three parcels. There was some question as to whether he should make <br /> application fro minor or major subdivision. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Schletty, that upon recommendation of <br /> the ex-officia members of the Planning Commission, the City Council has <br /> determined that the Marlowe Lindau matter should be handled as Major <br /> subdivision. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 10.0 MISCELLANEOUS <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Schletty, that pages 39 and 53 of <br /> the proposed draft of the Comprehensive Plan be changed, and the new <br /> pages inserted. The City Attorney is directed to forward the changes <br /> to Robert Lockyear at Washington County. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> LaValle, Vail and Attorney Johnson met with the Metro staff on March 11 regarding <br /> changes in the city's system statement. <br />
