Mr. Keller would like to construct another business on the southern 4 <br /> acres of the KLK property. Keller was not aware that there was access to that <br /> back property, along an easement to the west of KLK. In order to divide the <br /> 4 acres, a Minor Subdivision and Site Plan Approval would be required.
