Mayor
LaValle stated that Rice Creek has required permits on individual basis in the
Peloquin Industrial Park, therefore, the Building Permit could not be issued until
the permit from Rice Creek is obtained. Mr. Ken Ostlund was introduced, and he
questioned whether Mr. Riermann would be assessed for improvements made in the
park at some future date. The approval that has been granted from Rice Creek is
for all land that was not previously platted (drainage and plat) . At this time,
no approval has been granted by the city.
