<br /> 3.0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES
<br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, to approve the minutes of April 20,
<br /> 1981 , after the following corrections have been made:
<br /> Page 57 (5.5) - and it was his opinion that the ordinance should be repealed.
<br /> Page 57 (5.8) Schletty voted AGAINST the motion for prel plat approval
<br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by McAllister, to approve the minutes of
<br /> April 29, 1981 , as submitted.

<br /> 5.0 PETITIONS, REQUESTS, COMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES
<br /> 5.1 James Leroux - Renew of Mobile Home Permit
<br /> MOTION: Schletty made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to grant a renewal of the Mobile
<br /> Home Permit for James Leroux, 4360 165th Street, under Chapter 40,
<br /> Article III, Subdivision D, for a period of 90 days.
<br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail
<br /> MOTION CARRIED
<br /> 5.2 William Carlson - Site Plan Approval
<br /> Mr. Carlson, 13531 Homestead Avenue, owns 10 acres in the RRII zone, and would like
<br /> to construct a 26 x 48 garage/storage barn. The Planning Commission recommended
<br /> approval because building meets minimum square footage allowed in that zone, and
<br /> meets all setback requirements.
