.-S n ii May 4, 1981 MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, to approve the Site Plan for William Carlson, 13531 Homestead Avenue, to construct a 26 x 48 garage/ ,, storage barn to be used for personal storage only. VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail MOTION CARRIED 5.3 Ruby Loos - Solid Waste Site (7: 15 PM) Ruby Loos is a property owner within the City of Hugo, of land that will be affected by the proposed solid waste site. Ms. Loos, along with approximately 60 residents, voiced their concern about having such a site in the city. The city had also recently been informed that they have one of 31 sites selected as a possible sludge ash dis- posal area. This proposed site was also a topic of discussion. All people interested in expressing their concerns were encouraged to contact the Washington County Board, and their local representatives. MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that the City Council authorize the Mayor to upgrade previous-Resolution 1977-3, and adopt Resolution 1981-4, to include his signature. The new Resolution to be forwarded to the Washington County Board, with copies to Rice Creek Water and other appro- priate agencies. VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail MOTION CARRIED Councilman Irsfeld suggested the city correspond with Lester Rydeen, asking that he keep the City of Hugo updated as to what is happening with the solid waste site selection. 5.4 Jeff Aderman - Special Use Permit Mr. Aderman, 14739 Fitzgerald Avenue, would like to construct a 22 x 32 addition to his existing garage. Property lies within the SFU zone, therefore, would need a SUP because addition would exceed the maximum square footage allowed in that zone. Letters from adjoining property owners were provided stating that they have no ob- jection to the construction of the addition. MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to grant a Special UsePermit to Jeffrey Aderman, 14739 Fitzgerald AVenue, to construct a 22 x 32 addition to existing structure for personal use only. VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail MOTION CARRIED 5.5 MR Tourist Camp - Nuisance Violation The new owner of the property requested a twoe/extension to complete his clean-up job, as required because of a nuisance complaint. MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to table the nuisance in- spection until the meeting of May 18, 1981 (MR Tourist Camp) . VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail MOTION CARRIED Councilman McAllister stated that he will make the inspection and have a report ready for the meeting of May 18th.
