May 18, 1981 MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Vail, that the matter concerning the hiring of a bookkeeper for the City of Hugo be scheduled for the Council meeting of June 1 , 1981 . VOTING FOR: McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail MOTION CARRIED AttOrney' Johnson, representing John Kostuch, stated that the Van Go addition was constructed over the property line.' Mary Dougherty is going to deed a 37 x 284.4 strip of land to Mr. Kostuch to clear up the matter. This matter should be handled by a Minor Subdivision, and a restrictive covenant be attached to the deed stating that strip of land is not be used as a separate buildable lot and the two parcels will be treated as one. 9.0 CLERK MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Vail, to adopt= RESOLUTION. 1981-7, A RESOLUTION INDICATING THAT PLANS FOR PROJECT NO. S.A.P. 82-608-05 SHOWING THE IMPROVEMENT OF COUNTY STATE AID HIGHWAY NO. 8 WITHIN THE LIMITS OF THE CITY AS A STATE AID PROJECT HAVE BEEN PREPARED AND PRESENTED TO THE CITY OF HUGO. VOTING FOR: McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail MOTION CARRIED Councilman Schletty will review the proposed Maintenance Agreement with Washington County and matter to be discussed at the Council meeting of June 1 , 1981 . MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that the material indicating job description for the City Clerk be placed on the agenda for the Council meeting of June 1 , 1981 . VOTING FOR: McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail MOTION CARRIED MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by McAllister, directing Councilman Schletty to contact NSP and have an 18' arm light placed on the existing pole located on the south side of 148th Street, and to have the curb painted yellow as he sees fit.
