He would like to construct a garage on the lot
adjoining his for boat storage. The 100' setback requirement from the lake is
mainly to protect the lake from contamination, and that would be no problem with
this type of structure. Mr. Parker felt that it would be to his advantage to com-
bine the two lots (his and the adjoining lot) for a tax advantage. The other lot
of Mr. Linn's would be tentatively purchasing by the lot owner across the road.
He already has a small piece of land on the lake and he would add this to it.
If Mr. Parker decides to add the two parcels together, he would have to appear
before the Planning Commission and City Council.
5.2 Eugene Shultz - Site Plan Approval
Mr. Shultz owns 10 acres in the Agricultural zone, and would like to disassemble
a 32 x 100 pole barn and reconstruct on his property. The barn would be con-
structed to store lumber that would be needed to for his new home.
MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Vail, to approve the Site Plan for
Eugene Shultz to construct a 32 x 100 pole barn for his personal use only.
VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Vail
MOTION CARRIED
