The proposed barn will meet all the setback require-
ments.
MOTION: Vail made motion, seconded by McAllister, to approve the Site Plan for
Joe Wolkerstorfer, 16780 Jeffrey Avenue, to construct a 32 x 64 pole barn
for his personal use.
VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Vail
MOTION CARRIED
5.5 Marlow Lindau - Land Division
Mr. Lindau, 5880 Egg Lake Road, owns 12 acres along County Road 8A and would like
to divide the land into two parcels (5 acres with present house and 7 acres for
new residence) . Mr. Lindau questioned whether the new construction would be
able to hookup to the manhole on 8A. Kuusisto submitted a report and stated
that the westerly part of this parcel depending upon the type of construction
could be served by the sanitary sewer. The easterly part of the 7+ acres has
little buildable area without extensive filling. Kuusisto stated that some type
of hookup charge would have to be assessed. At the time sewer was extended, some
type of condition could be stated that if they could get buildable lots, then land
would be assessed. Mr. Lindau's son-in-law was present, and was told the following
information should be provided to the city:
1 . Certificate of Survey
2. A detailed site plan showing elevations and location of residence
3. Permit from county for necessary work to hook up to manhole.
A Driveway Permit will also be required from Washington County. McAllister suggested
that when the above information is obtained, to provide to clerk's office so that
data can be forwarded to Kuusisto's attention.
5.6 Alvin Ebeling - Special Use Permit
Gus Ebeling, 14880 Francesca Avenue, was present, and stated they would like to
convert their single family dwelling into a duplex. A Special Use Permit is re-
quired.to accomplish this request. LaValle informed Mrs. Ebeling that she would
be responsible for another REC charge. There would still be a single water
billing, but an additional charge for sewer would be included on the billing.
