July 9, 1981 <br /> CLERK <br /> Lion's Club thank you letter received for Good Neighbor Days. <br /> Two letters of complaint regarding Benson Kennel's noise level were received - <br /> 1) Whitacker and 2) Cammack. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by LaValle, to forward letters of <br /> complaint to the Planning Commission. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Irsfeld, Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> July 10 - Public Safety Meeting <br /> June 29 - Letter from Metro Council regarding Hugo population. <br /> April 1 , 1981 , population was 3,820. Comments to be <br /> received by 7/15/81 . <br /> MISCELLANEOUS . <br /> Received inspection report on Simpson system. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made moiton, seconded by Schletty, for notification by City <br /> Attorney to Simpson and their attorney that the nuisance has been <br /> abated. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Irsfeld, Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that the Clerk notify Mulry <br /> that the complaint will be vacated upon receipt of inspection report <br /> from the Builidng Inspector indicating system is satisfactory. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Irsfeld, Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld moved approval of Job Order 48449 - Bell Telephone Utility. <br /> Seconded by Schletty. <br /> Councilman Irsfeld Withdrew previous motion. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that a letter be sent to <br /> Northwestern Bell Telephone Company stating Freeland Avenue has not <br /> been deeded or dedicated to City, and stating no objections to <br /> utilities described in Job Order 48449 or G643622. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Irsfeld, Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, authorizing Jim Wisner, <br /> Jr. , to transcribe utility data cards for office. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Irsfeld, Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
