P) <br /> July 9, 1981 <br /> 7.4 Washington County Lot <br /> Washington County lot has been addressed for 3 to 4 years. The lot has sanitary <br /> sewer by it, but no stub. The lot adjoins the Clarence Vail property. Mayor <br /> LaValle proposes that County assessments of $375.00 through 1980. The City <br /> would then pay the rest. The City would then take control of the property. <br /> Total assessments are approximately $700.00. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Schletty, to authorize the Mayor <br /> to negotitate an agreement with Washington County over parcel 35135-2350 <br /> to Council with completed negotiating package. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Irsfeld, Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 7.5 Street and Storm Sewer Project 8102 <br /> Rice Creek Watershed wants a plan from Grace Development. The easement is not <br /> enough. 1 .7 acre feet capability - need additional 1 .3 acre feet because of <br /> additional land drainage requirements. The alternatives are: <br /> 1 . Develop additional ponding of 1 .3 acre feet; <br /> 2. Individual ponding as substitution on each lot; and <br /> 3. Additional ponding without altering project area. <br /> Drainage Easement Grants signed and delivered. <br /> Ditch Relaction Agreement signed. <br /> 1 . Project 8102 information requested regarding cost recovery <br /> for additional sewer services (2 from Grace Development, <br /> 1 from Royal Tool) . Change order for additions will be <br /> prepared by Howard Kuusisto, and Council will act upon it, <br /> and charge benefited property owners. <br /> 2. 130th Street to Metro Manhole where cul-de-sac covers <br /> manhole. An application of City for an extension of the <br /> sewer main is required. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to authorize the Mayor <br /> to make application for extension of City sewer main on 130th Street. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Schletty, to take necessary steps <br /> for financing Project 8102. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Irsfeld, Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Schletty, that the City Engineer notify <br /> the contractor that Project 8102 is awarded, and the contract documents <br /> to be executed. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Irsfeld, Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
