August 3, 1981 <br /> 5.3 Robert McCullough - Bond and Septic System Agreement <br /> Mr. McCullough contacted City Hall, and stated that he would not be attending <br /> the meeting at 7:15 PM as requested, and that he would have the bond and septic <br /> system agreement at City Hall by August 15, 1981 . <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by McAllister, to table the Robert Mc- <br /> Cullough matter until the meeting of August 17, 1981 . <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Irsfeld' <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.4 Jerry Land - Site Plan Approval and Variance <br /> Mrs. Land was present, and would like approval to construct a 32 x 40 pole barn <br /> close-to the front lot line than the principal structure. The building would be <br /> used for personal use only. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by LaValle, to approve the variance request <br /> of Jerry Land to construct an accessory structure closes to the front lot <br /> line than principal structure. The variance approved because the building <br /> is set back 400' already from the front lot line. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by McAllister, to approve the Site Plan for <br /> Jerry Land, 6995 170th Street, to construct a 32 x 40 pole building to <br /> be used for the storage of personal property only. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.5 Dennis Schultz - Variance and Site Plan Approval <br /> Mr. Schultz, 13101 Henna Avenue, would like to construct a 32 x 56 pole barn for <br /> his personal storage. Since Mr. Schultz had done some excavating prior to City <br /> approval, he would like to construct the barn 11 feet from the lot line rather than <br /> the required 20 feet. There. is letter on file from his neighbor to the south, Mr. <br /> Wayne Root, stating that he has no objection to the location of the building. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to approve the variance for <br /> Dennis Schultz to allow construction of a 32 x 56 pole barn to be con- <br /> structed 11 feet from the property line rather than the required 20 feet. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to approve the Site Plan for <br /> Dennis Schultz, 13101 Henna Avenue, to construct a 32 x 56 pole barn for <br /> personal storage only. <br /> It was noted that Mr. Schultz's application for a Building Permit stated the use of <br /> the building to be for repair of cars. Mr. Schultz stated that the-only repairs <br /> that would be done would be on personal possessions. For the record, Mr. Schultz <br /> was informed that repairs on vehicles for compensation was not allowed, and Mr. <br /> Schultz concurred. <br />
