A 4/5's vote is required for approval. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that the rezoning matter be <br /> tabled until the meeting of August 17, 1981 . <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 6.0 REPORTS OF OFFICERS & COMMITTEES <br /> 6.1 Ordinance Committee - No discussion <br /> 6.2 Planning Commission - No discussion <br /> 6.3 Water Superintendent - No discussion <br /> 6.4 Building Inspector <br /> Mr. Crever submitted his montly report. Mr.. Crever noted that the Alvin Ebeling <br /> residence had recently been sold, and that the requirements for the Special Use <br /> Permit have not been met. McAllister stated that he will check with Dick Mireault <br /> as to what his intentions are for the house (duplex and single family dwelling) . <br /> The matter will be addressed at the Council meeting of September 8, 1981 . <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that in all future Special <br /> Use Permits granted by the City of Hugo, the following statsnent should <br /> be included: <br /> Any and all conditions of the Special Use Permit must be met within 60 <br /> days, unless otherwise stipulated in this permit. If conditions are not <br /> met, the Special Use Permit approval will be null and void and a new <br /> application must be filled out. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 6.5 Fire Chief - No discussion <br /> 6.7 Engineer <br /> Mr. Kuusist o submitted his montly report. Mr. Kuusisto stated that Project 8102 in <br /> the Bald Eagle Industrial Park will commence August 4, 1981 , at 8:00 AM. A final <br /> cost figure will be submitted to Ehlers by the engineer. Councilman Irsfeld stated <br /> that there could be a problem with the public hearing notice as published because <br /> there was no mention of a dollar cost of the project. After Bill Fahey, Ehler and <br /> Assoc. , has reviewed the matter with their bonding attorney, the city will know if <br /> another public hearing will need to be published. <br />
