His property is in the Agricultural District. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Vail, to approve the Site Plan for <br /> William Schmidt, 6799 177th Street, to construct a 32 x 48 pole barn, to <br /> include a 12 x 16 area also indicated on the Site Plan. Building to be <br /> used for personal storage only. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.3 Shirley Nelson Hill - Special Use Permit <br /> Chuck Harvieux, Mrs. Hill's son-in-law, was present to answer any questions pertaining <br /> to Mrs. Hill's request for a self-service gasoline pump at 12020 Keystone Ave. <br /> Mr. Harvieux submitted a more detailed plan for parking and driveways (traffic <br /> flow) . Mrs. Hill is purchasing the adjoining property from Stan Lynn on a Con- <br /> tract for Deed. The proposed pump will be crossing the property line, however, <br /> Mr. Lynn has signed the application indicating that he has no objection to the <br /> proposal. Attorney Johnson stated that the Special Use Permit will be to be issued <br /> to both property owners. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by McAllister, to grant a Special Use Permit <br /> to Shirley Nelson Hill, 12020 Keystone Avenue, for installation of a self- <br /> service gasoline pump, subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1 . The driveway and parking area will be crushed rock or gravel instead <br /> of blacktop. <br /> 2. The city will be provided a copy of the Contract for Deed between Mrs. <br /> Hill and Mr. & Mrs. Stanley Lynn. <br /> 3. The installation be according to State Building Codes for gasoline dis- <br /> pensing. <br /> 4. The Special Use Permit shall be in effect as long as the property is <br /> in common ownership between Mrs. Shirley Nelson Hill or her represen- <br /> tative and Mr. & Mrs. Stan Lynn, or their representative, or both <br /> properties are owned by common owners. <br /> 5. A bond, in the amount of $7,500.00, shall be kept current with the <br /> City of Hugo, to guarantee removal of the gasoline pump should the <br /> Special Use Permit be terminated because of the conditions of #4. <br /> The bond will not be required when both parcels are in one ownership. <br /> Failure to maintain the bond will result in automatic revocation of <br /> this Special Use Permit. <br />
