September 8, 1981 <br /> Apparently, there is a 20' easement which is creating a "cloud" on the title. <br /> Mayor LaValle stated that that road was established in 1880 and has been maintained <br /> ever since <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that the City of Hugo pro- <br /> vide Mrs. Olaf Larson, 11991 Janero Avenue, a letter indicating that <br /> Mrs. Olaf Larson has access to 122nd Street via Janero Avenue (a public <br /> street) . <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.4 Gerald Hauble - Site Plan Approval <br /> Mr. Hauble, 5460 125th Street, is proposing the construction of a 40 x 64 pole barn <br /> for his personal use. The original homestead was on a 2 acre parcel. Mr. Hauble <br /> has since combined the surrounding 8 acres with the 2 to create a 10 acre parcel to <br /> meet the zoning requirements. Mr. Johnson stated that a new Certificate of Survey <br /> will have to be submitted. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the Site Plan for <br /> Gerald Hauble, 5460 125th Street, for the construction of a 40 x 64 pole <br /> barn for personal storage only. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.5 John Trippel - Variance and Special Use Permit <br /> Mr. Trippel, 5732 150th Street, is proposing the construction of a 24 x 40 pole <br /> type building to be used as his main garage and for storage. The existing garage <br /> is located 4' from the side yard property line. That garage will be moved to <br /> the Dave Woeltge property, and the new building would use the existing footings. <br /> McAllister noted that the building has already been constructed prior to City appro- <br /> val. The adjoining property owners did not object to the proposal. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to approve the Variance re- <br /> quest of John Trippel to construct a 24 x 40 pole barn 4 feet from the side <br /> yard property line rather than the required 5 feet. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Vail, to approve the Special Use Permit <br /> for John Trippel to construct a 24 x 40 pole type building for his per- <br /> sonal use only. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> ABSTAINED: Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that Councilmen McAllister <br /> and Irsfeld, along with the City Attorney, submit a recommendation <br /> to the City Council for setting building material standards in the <br /> RB, CB, SFU and SFE districts. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfe ld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
