<br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, tO approve the General Claims of

<br /> 5.0 PETITIONS, REQUESTS, COMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES
<br /> 5.1 Safeway House Movers - Renew of Mobile Home Permit
<br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to renew the Mobile Home Permit
<br /> for Safeway House Movers, 5885 165th Street North, under Chapter 40, Arti-
<br /> cle III, Subdivision E, for a period of ninety days.
<br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail

<br /> 5.2 Robert Bernier - Special Use Permit
<br /> Mr. Bernier, 15135 Forest Blvd. , would like to construct a 24 x 30 garage for per-
<br /> sonal use. The garage exceeds the square footage allowed in the SFE zone for access-
<br /> ory buildings, thereby necessitating a Special Use Permit.
<br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by McAllister, to approve the Special Use
<br /> Permit for Robert Bernier, 15135 Forest Blvd. , for the construction of a
<br /> 24 x 30 accessory garage for personal use only.

<br /> CAL-INLAND, INC. - SEPTIC SYSTEM
<br /> A recommendation was made by Earth Science to install a mound type septic system at
<br /> the property owned by Cal-Inland, Inc. Kelly Cadwallader felt that holding tanks
<br /> would serve their purpose, because of the costs for a mound system (as verbally quoted
<br /> by Earth Science) . Mr. Kuusisto did not object to the holding tanks as long as they
