If they decide to change their septic system (mound) , <br /> the holding tank could be used if it is a sealed unit. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that the City of Hugo grant <br /> permission to Cal-Inland, Inc. , to install a temporary holding septic <br /> system on their property described as (see attached) and subject to <br /> the following: <br /> 1 . A 2000 gallon tank be installed, either anchored or installed with <br /> ballast. <br /> 2. A water meter be installed, and the City be provided with monthly <br /> readings. <br /> 3. A contract be provided with a septic system pumping contractor, covering <br /> maintenance of the approved system, and monthly records be provided <br /> to the City by the pumping contractor. <br /> 4. A locking device be installed on the holding tank. <br /> 5. Status of this sytem will be reviewed by the City on July 1 , 1982. <br /> 6. Prior to July 1 , 1982, Cal-Inland, Inc. , shall provide to the City, <br /> and have approved, a permanent design and plan for installation of <br /> a permanent septic system. <br /> 7. A Letter of Credit, in the amount of $10,000, shall be submitted to <br /> the City of Hugo to guarantee the above 6 conditions. This Letter of <br /> Credit to be in force until August 1 , 1982. <br /> 8. Any and all conditions of this approval must be met within 60 days, <br /> unless otherwise stipulated.
