They had <br /> asked the Council to consider a change in the age requirement and the one mile <br /> radius. LaValle stated that he will attend the next Fire Department meeting to <br /> discuss these matters. <br /> 6.6 Attorney <br /> Mr. Johnson submitted his monthly report. It was suggested that Attorney Johnson <br /> submit comments to NSP regarding their proposal for the resolving of the right-of-way <br /> problem. The engineer and attorney will compile their past bills on this parti- <br /> cular matter. <br /> 6.7 Engineer <br /> Mr. Kuusisto submitted his monthly report. <br /> 6.8 Clerk <br /> The city had received a number of letters from residents in Evergreen Hills re- <br /> garding American pitbulls owned by Ken Hansen, 13814 Isleton Avenue. Mr. Hansen's <br /> animals had attacked a dog owned by Mr. & Mrs. Robert Oswald, ultimately killing <br /> the animal. The people from the area were mainly concerned that a small child <br />
