Energy Savers had supplied the manu- <br /> facturer's warranty for the new roof on City Hall. The warranty was for 10 years, <br /> rather than 15 years as required in the contract. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Schletty, that the City Clerk write a <br /> letter to the roofing contractor, Energy Savers, pointing out that the <br /> contract bid agreement calls for a 15 year warranty, and all we are <br /> being supplied is a 10 year warranty. The balance of payment will not <br /> be made until we receive satisfactory explanation. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 6.7 Engineer <br /> Mr. Kuusisto submitted his monthly report. A meeting will be set up at a future <br /> time and date, to try and resolve the NSP/Stanek right-of-way matter. The city <br /> received informal bids to install a mound type septic system at the Doug Kruse, <br /> 12616 Ingersoll; low bidder being Dwayne Cardinal at $5610.00. The bond, in <br /> the amount of $4,000, would cover a holding type system. <br />
