December 7, 1981 <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Vail, that the Mayor be authorized to <br /> solve the Doug Kruse problem, in whatever manner is agreed, and accept <br /> the appropriate bids. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.1 Norman Horton - Review of Special Use Permit (fire lanes) <br /> The fire chief made a current inspection of the Hugo Auto Parts, and informed the <br /> Mayor that the fire lanes are now installed, and that more will be completed3' he <br /> spring. The tenant of the property in question was present, and stated that he <br /> will try and have the lanes completed by July, depending on the weather. <br /> MOTION: Schletty made motion, seconded by McAllister, to place this matter on <br /> the agenda for the first meeting in July, 1982, and that the Fire Chief <br /> inspect the area and have a report ready for this meeting. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 6.8 Clerk <br /> The Traeger building will have to be emptied by January 1 , 1982. <br /> 8.0 UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> Washington County will be holding its annual auction in June, 1982. Hugo is to <br /> contact the county some time in April, with a list of the items to be included in <br /> auction. <br /> Councilman Vail stated that Father Tiegles has agreed to allow the public to use <br /> the south parking lot as a parking area for park 'n' ride, with the condition that <br /> they are not reponsible for the vehicles or any other liability. Vail is to check <br /> with Father to see if he would consider entering into a contract with the City, and <br /> the clerk is to check on insurance costs. <br /> The Council reviewed the cost estimates as submitted for auditing of the books, 1982, <br /> and Irsfeld will contact Anfinson regarding their bid. This matter to be addressed <br /> at the Council meeting of 12/21/81 . <br /> MISCELLANEOUS <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, to adopt RESOLUTION 1981-26, <br /> A RESOLUTION DETERMINING MILEAGE COSTS AT 21¢ PER MILE EFFECTIVE 12/8/81 . <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld,Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Irsfeld, that all persons submitting <br /> claims for mileage do so on a quarterly basis, and on the statement show <br /> specific dates and mileage driven, and destination. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
