MINUTES OF THE PROCEEDINGS OF THE HUGO CITY COUNCIL <br /> December 21 , 1981 <br /> The meeting was called to order by Mayor LaValle at 7:00 PM. <br /> PRESENT: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld <br /> ABSENT: Vail <br /> 3.0 APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the minutes of <br /> December 7, 1981 , after the following addition has been made: <br /> Page 189 (last motion) - "all persons submitting claims for mileage <br /> do so on a quarterly basis, and on the statement show specific dates, <br /> mileage driven, and destination." <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 4.0 APPROVAL OF CLAIMS;' <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by LaValle, to approve the General Claims <br /> for December 21 , 1981 , as submitted. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> (VAIL ARRIVED AT 7:05 PM) <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by McAllister, to approve the Utility Claims <br /> for December 21 , 1981 , as submitted. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.0 PETITIONS, REQUESTS, COMMUNICATIONS & LICENSES <br /> 5.1 Claude Bloomer,12471 Ethan Avenue, was present to discuss the problems he is <br /> having at his residence due to people using his property for access to Bald Eagle Lake <br /> for ice fishing. He requested that "NO PARKING" signs be installed along both sides <br /> of Ethan by his residence. Mayor LaValle felt that if the Sheriff's office issue <br /> enough tickets the problem would be resolved. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, seconded by McAllister, to direct Washington County <br /> to install "No Parking" signs, and inform the Sheriff's department, by <br /> letter, to enforce the "no parking" situation, stating why we want the <br /> signs installed. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.2 Jeffrey Barbour - Land Division and Expiration of Letter of Credit <br /> Mr. Barbour submitted a Road Maintenance Agreement as previously requested. The <br /> agreement indicates access to the property via an undescribed easement. <br />
