MOTION: McAllister made motion, Irsfeld seconded, recommending that the Fire Chief transfer from Capitol to Universal for their servicing of the fresh air tanks. VOTING FOR: McAllister, Schletty, Irsfe.ld, Vail MOTION CARRIED Fire Chief presented a proposal to the Council regarding the Chevrolet dumptruck being converted into a tanker. The box and hoist can be removed and sold. He felt a used tanker could be purchased for $2500.00. With the addition of new tires and brakes fixed, total cost estimate at $5,000.00. MOTION: McAllister made motion, Irsfeld seconded, that the Fire Chief requested to obtain estimates for the conversion of the dump truck to a fire tanker and also review his budget and suggest possible reductions in his budget to finance the project. VOTING FOR: McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail MOTION CARRIED The box and hoist could be placed on the equipment list that is being prepared for the auction in June. Equipment list to be presented to the City Council at the meeting of 4/5/82. NSP - Easement matter MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, McAllister seconded, to place the NSP matter on the agenda for Council meeting of 4/5/82. VOTING FOR: McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld, Vail MOTION CARRIED It was pointed out that the latest correspondence from Washington County Planning stated that future reviews by them would be charged to the City at the rate of $20.00/hour. Clerk to clarify which applications they needed to review. In general, future applications will be submitted to the county for informational purposes only.
