29 <br /> 5.2 Bald Eagle Sportsman Assn - Review of Special Use Permit <br /> The club has requested a change. in hours on August 28, 1982 for a 2 hour later <br /> closing (8:00 PM instead of 6:00 PM) , and an hour later opening and closing <br /> on May 4-5-6, and June 8-9-10, 1982. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the request of <br /> the Bald Eagle Sportsman Association as follows: <br /> 1 . Club closing on August 28, 1982, will be at 8:00 PM instead of 6:00 PM. <br /> 2. Club will open at 9:00 AM on May 4-5-6, and June 8-9-10, 1982 and <br /> close at 9:00 PM. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.3 John Kostuch - Minor Subdivision <br /> Mr. Kostuch is proposing the division of 24 acres into 3 parcels. Mr. Kostuch sub- <br /> mitted proof-of-ownership and a corrected survey as requested by the Planning Commission, <br /> indicating a 60' easement for the benefit of the 5 acre parcel. Land is zone IND. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve the Minor Sub- <br /> division for John Kostuch to divide 24 acres into 3 parcels. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> 5.4 Shamrock Glen - Extension Expires <br /> Richard Vail, developer of Shamrock Glen, submitted a letter to the Council re- <br /> questing another 60 day extension. Copies of the final plat were also submitted, <br /> and are to be sent to our professional staff for their review. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Schletty, to grant an extension to Richard <br /> Vail for Shamrock Glen subdivision until June 7, 1982. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schbtty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> Mr. Vail requested the Council for permission to use the city's ballfieids on <br /> April 24, 1982, for a one day tournament. There would no liquor for sale, and <br /> a policeman would be in attendance. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Schletty, to approve use of the Hugo <br /> City Park by the Lauren McCullough Well'Thilling Company ball team for the <br /> purpose of sponsorship of a one day softball tournament on Saturday, <br /> April 24, 1982, with the following restrictions: <br /> 1 . Richard Vail is accepting personal responsibility for cleanup. <br /> 2. No alcohol will be sold. <br /> 3. A uniformed police officer, holding a full-time Minnesota Post <br /> Bond License, be present during the tournament. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
