April 5, 1982 30 <br /> Mr. Vail is also requesting use of the fields on June 12th and 13th, and would be <br /> using the Lions Club Dram Shop insurance to sell 3.2 beer. The ball team would have <br /> to be incorporated for three years to qualify as a bonafide club. <br /> 5.5 Zimco Wood - Termination of Special Use Permit <br /> Zimco's letter of credit was not updated prior to its expiration on April 1 , 1982, <br /> thereby nullifying their Special Use Permit. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by Schletty, to set a public hearing for <br /> April 19, 1982, for 8:00 PM, to consider termination of the Special Use <br /> Permit for Zimco Wood. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion that the City of Hugo draw on the $500 Letter of Credit <br /> from Zimco Wood. <br /> LaValle withdrew his motion. <br /> 5.6 David Schuman - Land Division and Vacating of Easement <br /> Schuman and surveyor, Barry Stack, were present, and submitted soil borings for each <br /> lot, but did not have any perc tests. Mr. Schuman is particularly interested in the <br /> division of Parcels 4 & 7 for future sale. LaValle suggested that proof of a build- <br /> able site on each lot, and possible alternate, be submitted, in case lot lines would <br /> need to be changed. There is an easement (66' ) that will have to be vacated, and <br /> Mr. Schuman will be providing a written petition, and information necessary for <br /> public notice. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Schletty, to set a public hearing for <br /> May 3, 1982, at 8:00 PM, for the purpose of consideration of the vacation <br /> of a 66' easement on the David Schuman property. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> The land division will be considered at the meeting of April 19. Copies of the soil <br /> borings and perc tests for every parcel is to be submitted to Howard Kuusisto for <br /> his review prior to the next meeting. Schuman is also to submit a written petition <br /> for vacation of the easement, proof of ownership, and a completed application with <br /> payment of the fees. LaValle suggested a copy of the land division be submitted to <br /> Washington County regarding access to County Road 8A. <br /> 5.7 Darrell Tavernier - Licenses <br /> Non <br /> Mr. Tavernier made application for an Off Sale/Intoxicating, On Sale Non-Intoxicating, <br /> and cigarette license. A new copy had to be submitted to the Sheriff's Office for <br /> their signature. Matter to be addressed at meeting of April 19th. <br /> 5.8 Safeway House Movers - Renew of Mobile Home Permit <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, seconded by Schletty, to renew the Mobile Home Permit <br /> for Safeway House Movers, 5885 165th Street North, granted under Chapter 40, <br /> Article III, Subdivision E, for a period of 90 days. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br />
