April 19, 1982 39 <br /> The city received a letter from the Sunset Lake Homeowners Assn, addressing parking <br /> problems on 125th Street between County Road 10 and Homestead Drive. Councilman <br /> Schletty will be contacting the Sheriff's Office and request that they observe the <br /> area in question to determine if there, is, in fact, a traffic hazard. Schletty <br /> will report later. <br /> Craig Thaemert was contacted regarding the status of his building permit for the <br /> house to be moved in at 6508 170th Street. It was determined that the date of <br /> issuance does not occur until the fee is paid for the permit. Mr. Thaemert will <br /> be moving the building as soon as road restrictions are lifted. <br /> The city received a letter from the Keller Corporation regarding the possible <br /> construction on "outlot A", Traeger's Addition. The Council determined that you <br /> cannot construct on an easement, and that parcel has 3 easements. A drainage <br /> and utility easement, which intersect, and a highway easement. The lot is located <br /> in the Flood Plain, and is not serviced by sewer and water. <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, LaValle seconded, that the City of Hugo hire <br /> Kathy Marier as a temporary secretary, at $3.50/hour. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: McAllister made motion, LaValle seconded, that the City of Hugo notify the <br /> license holder at Hec Fuzzy's, Inc. , requesting appearance at the Council <br /> meeting of May 3, 1982, at 9:00 PM, stating that the city has been notified <br /> by the State Health Department that you are currently operating without a <br /> license to serve as a restaurant and a place of refreshment. If you do <br /> not obtain a valid Minnesota Department Health License prior to May 3, 1982, <br /> the City Council will consider possible action including revocation or <br /> suspension of your on-sale licenses.- <br /> . <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> BALD EAGLE INDUSTRIAL PARK - DRAINAGE PLAN <br /> It was the concensus of the City Council that the clerk's office notify Wilson Tool <br /> that while the Council agrees that a total overall plan is a better method than in- <br /> dividual holding ponds, that the cost of further study must be paid for by the pro- <br /> perty owners in the park. Our engineer's rough estimate to conduct further studies <br /> of the south ponding area is approximately $1 ,000.00. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, seconded by McAllister, that the City Attorney be <br /> requested to attend the Council meeting of May 3, 1982. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, Schletty seconded, to adjourn at 11 :55 PM. <br /> All aye.
