38 <br /> 7.0 UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> 7.1 Capitol City Contract <br /> The City Attorney is to write a letter to Mr. Rukavina stating the city's concerns <br /> with the contract. <br /> 7.2 NSP - Final Cost Estimate & Negotiations <br /> Mr. Johnson was requested to set up a time and date with Howard Kuusisto, to meet <br /> with NSP and the Council, to try and resolve the right-of-way matter. <br /> 8.0 NEW BUSINESS <br /> 8.1 Spraying of City Park <br /> Councilman Vail is to obtain cost estimates for spraying of the park and submit to. <br /> the Council for further discussion. The clerk's office is to get a cost estimate <br /> from the Feed Mill for 393' of snowfence. <br /> 9.0 ATTORNEY <br /> Mr. Johnson submitted his mont ly report. LaValle stated that Robert Lockyear has <br /> expressed the necessity of a meeting with Hugo to satisfy the requirements of <br /> Metro Council for Hugo's Comprehensive Plan. <br /> There was further discussion regarding the warranty on material and labor for <br /> the installation of the new roof on the City Hall building. Dennis Johnson <br /> has been unable to obtain a 15 year warranty on labor as stipulated in the plans <br /> and specs. Mr. Johnson and a representative from A.H. Bennett Company, are to <br /> appear. before the City Council at their meeting of May 17, 1982, at 7: 15 PM, to <br /> further discuss this matter. Attorney Johnson will write the bonding company and <br /> Kelley Energe regarding this meeting. <br /> ENGINEER <br /> Kuusisto previously submitted his monthly report. There was discussion regarding <br /> the obtaining of gravel from the David Schuman property. It was determined that <br /> it would not be feasible to go further with this project. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, Irsfeld seconded, that the city not pursue any fur- <br /> ther the acquisition of gravel on the David Schuman property. <br /> VOTING FOR: LaValle, McAllister, Schletty, Irsfeld <br /> MOTION CARRIED <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, Schletty seconded, to extend meeting passed 11 :00 PM. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 10.0 CLERK <br /> The clerk's office received a call from James Hehn regarding his connection to the <br /> manhole on County Road 8A. Mr. Hehn is to submit a plan for installation to the <br /> City Engineer for his approval. Mr. Hehn is to make payment for REC charge ($837.26) <br /> and obtain whatever payments are necessary to implement installation. <br />
