June 7, 1982 55 <br /> 5.6 Bruce Myhre - Status of SUP <br /> Mr. Myhre was present to discuss the complaint registered against him by Gerald Novy. <br /> The Council agreed that there was no evidence on file at the city that Mr. Myhre is <br /> operating a body shop in the pole barn located on his property. Attorney Johnson <br /> is to review the matter and prepare a response to the letter received from Mr. Novy's <br /> attorney. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, McAllister seconded, to table the matter until the <br /> meeting of June 21 , 1982. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 5.7 Mining Permits - Richard Schuh and Fischer. Construction <br /> MOTION: .Irsfeld made motion, Vail seconded, to approve the Mining Permit for <br /> Richard Schuh (Duraine) with all conditions as previously stated. If pit <br /> closes, a sufficient amount of gravel is to be retained for application <br /> to the haul road. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, Vail seconded, to approve the Mining Permit for <br /> Richard Schuh (Goiff on) with all conditions as previously stated. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> MOTION: Vail made motion, Irsfeld seconded, to approve the Mining Permit for <br /> Fischer Construction (Hansen) with all conditions as previously stated. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 6.0 REPORTS OF OFFICERS <br /> 6.1 Ordinance Committee <br /> Theodora Peltier is to be contacted and informed that her committee is to temporarily <br /> cease work on .the subdivision ordinance and start work on the ordinance change for <br /> requirements for mobile homes. The Building Inspector stated that he will work with <br /> the Ordinance Committee on this project. <br /> 6.2 Planning Commission - No discussion <br /> 6.3 Water Superintendent <br /> . <br /> MOTION: La' alle made motion, Irsfeld seconded, that a letter be sent to all delin- <br /> quent utility accounts stating that if payment is not received at the Office <br /> of 'the City Clerk by-July 1, 1982, the water service will be shut off. In <br /> addition, there will be a $20.00 charge .to have the service turned on. Pay- <br /> ment cannot- be made to the Water Superintendent on July 1st. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 6.4 Building.Inspector <br /> Mr. Crever submitted his monthly report. He informed the Council that he will be <br /> gone from June 17th until the 27th. Peter Kluegel:will take over in his absence. <br />
