60 June 21 , 1982 <br /> Theodora Peltier, Ordinance Committee chairwoman, was present to ask about <br /> regulatb ns for the new law regarding manufactured housing. It was determined <br /> that a change to the Zoning Ordinance would be required. <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, Irsfeld seconded, to set a Special Meeting of the <br /> City Council for June 30, 1982, at 7:30 PM, for the purpose of discussion <br /> of relavent city matters. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> MISCELLANEOUS <br /> Gerald Now was present to discuss his complaints against Bruce Myhre. The <br /> City has received a letter from Novy's attorney regarding this matter, and our <br /> attorney has responded. Noir alleges that Myhre is using his pole barn for com- <br /> mercial endeavors, and has submitted evidence to that effect to the City Attorney. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, McAllister seconded, that Mr. Johnson be authorized <br /> to work on the Bruce Myhre matter, along with Gerald Novey, to .obtain <br /> the necessary information to proceed with filing of a formal complaint <br /> and prosecution. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 7.0 UNFINISHED BUSINESS <br /> 7.1 Purchase of Gravel - Fischer & Schuh <br /> Councilman Schletty was not present. <br /> 9.0 Attorney and Engineer <br /> 9. 1 Cal-Inland -- Report from Kuusisto <br /> Mr. Cadwallader has a #10,000 Letter of Credit, in favor of the City, guaranteeing <br /> installation of a permanent septic system on his property. It will expire on <br /> Allgust 1 , 1982. A report from Earth Science suggests a pressurized mound type <br /> system, and Kuusisto recommends a 1250 gallon tank. LaValle made note of a traffic <br /> problem created by the semis trying to gain access to the property, and that it <br /> appears that fill is being placed on the ponding area. It was suggested that the <br /> Council make an onsite inspection of the property prior to the special meeting of <br /> June 30th at 6:30 PM and all agreed. <br /> Mr. Johnson submitted his monthly report. <br /> MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, LaValle seconded, to extend meeting passed 11:00 PM. <br /> All aye. Motion Carried. <br /> 10.0 CLERK <br /> MOTION: LaValle made motion, Irsfeld seconded, to approve the use of the road <br /> along the north shore of Bald Eagle Lake by the N.E. YMCA for a footrace <br /> on August 28, 1982, between 9:0.0 AM and 10:00 AM, as along as they <br /> arrange for adequate policing and traf f ice rerouting with the Sheriff's <br /> Office. <br /> All aye.
