A Letter of Credit,, in an approximate amount of $7,000, shall be given to the City to guarantee that fill, in fact, is placed where indicated, and guarantee erosion control methods be put in place and monitored fora period of time to-be determined. • The Letter of Credit to run two (2) years after the fill has• been applied,. and shall be extendable at the request of the City. • VOTING FOR: LaValle, Irsfeld, Vail VOTING AGAINST: McAllister Motion Carried. Attorney Johnson suggested that Mr.- Norton advise his lending institution that a . portion of Lot 6 could be required as an alternate site in the event the septic system of Lot 7 fails. 5.5. Norman Horton - Auto Dismantling Licenses (2) • Mr. -Horton is requesting two (2) licenses, one. for Hugo Auto ?arts and the other • for property to the north, which will house a new yard- knOwn as Highway 61 . The new leasee was present, and stated that the plans for the yard are not ready as yet, and that he will be moving in a temporary building to be used as an office. There is an existing driveway, and a snowfence will separate the two yards. MOTION: Irsfeld made motion, LaValle seconded, to approve the Amended Special Use Permit for Norman C. Horton with conditions 1 through 9 remaining as is. Condition #10 to. be changed .recognizing the fact that there are• two (2) operations and licenses issued under this Special Use • . Permit. All operations shall conform with all conditions of this permit. All aye. Motion Carried.. MOTION: Irsfeld made•motion, Vail seconded, to approve the two (2) Auto Dismantling Licenses for Norman C. Horton, until June 30, 1983. All aye. Motion Carried. When the second operation starts business, a Site Plan•will need to be approved, and a Mobile Home Permit will be required. Applications will have to be signed by the property owner. 6.0 ORDINANCES AND 'RESOLUTIONS MOTION: McAllister made motion, Irsfeld seconded, to set a public hearing for July 19, 1982, at 8:00 PM, •f or the purpose of condideration of the proposed Ordinance 1986, AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 320 OF THE HUGO CITY CODE ENTITLED "ZONING" TO PROVIDE REGULATION OF EXTERIOR BUILDING MATERIALS USED ON ACCESSORY BUILDINGS IN SFE AND SFU ZONES.
